Good Progress on My Little Teahouse

Greetings Friends & Visitors...
Finished stitching this panel today for My Little Teahouse, sorry the pics aren't too good, it's so gloomy
here today... but these give an idea...

 The shelf under the teapot will have muffin buttons stitched on, & the lady wearing the hat will have red seed beads stitched as her necklace

Such a cute tea pot

I had a brain-fade, & couldn't remember how to start blanket stitch, then I had to figure out how to
start a new thread of blanket stitch when the other one ends...!
(I'm sure it's not right, but looks good enough to me *wink*)

I'm starting the stitchery on the other panel straight away... I only hope I can follow the instructions well enough when it comes time to making it all up!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have several balls left over, of the yarn I knitted for my FNSI the other night... I'm going to knit them up in a similar way & donate them for sale, with the money going towards our school support of a school & clinic in Nairobi. I have other yarn I don't want any more, so I'll probably do the same with some of it; at least it will do some good somewhere!
That is totally gorgeous! I had to laugh about that blanket stitch - I do just that same thing - my brain turns itself inside out sometimes trying to figure up that start up stitch. lol :0) Nice to know I'm not alone, haha.
