Friday Night Sew In for July

I had rather an interrupted Friday evening, between one thing & another... mainly distraction from watching The Tour de France with MrHS... and just basking in the lovely warmth of our heater finally being repaired! (Yes, we've had no heating so far this winter, hard to stitch when I am covered in blankets!)
So there was not actually much stitching done

I have been wanting to start on something Christmas-y, & this beautiful design has been sitting in The Overload, so I decided at the last minute that it would be my FNSI for July... & that each Friday evening I'll do a bit more until it's done... slowly, slowly... well, that's the plan, anyway...

It's a Rosalie Quinlan design many stitchers will have seen, called Christmas Treasures Wreath.
I love that it's pre-printed, & no fiddly colour changing...

I am looking forward to making some more progress on My Little Teahouse over this weekend...
Here's a Cleaning Fairy for everyone, so you can get on with what's
actually important... ♥sewing♥ *cheeky wink*

Love this new project of yours Anthea...I am very tempted to start a new stitchery in redwork, but have a few things I need to finish first! The wreath is gorgeous. Slow and steady will see you finished in no time, especially now that you have heating :)

I just love redwork! It's going to be gorgeous. This is the perfect project for spending time with the hubby but also getting to participate. FNSI almost makes me wish that I did handsewing, since my kiddos and hubby are always vying for my time during FNSI.
