Today at Hibiscus HQ...

... there's a bit of this going on...

... to celebrate mrHS birthday...

I love to use this whenever there's a chance to....
It's a Hatched & Patched design called Let's Celebrate... can you believe it's one of the first stitchery projects I ever did?! (Talk about self confident!) I made it a year ago  for when my daughters turned 17, and I did track how many hours of work - 52 hours of stitching!

Birthday dinner for tonight will be Spaghetti Bolognese, as per his request. I know it doesn't sound exciting but he just had his braced tightened, so we have to be sympathetic.. yes braces in his 40s!
♥Happy Birthday To My Gorgeous Husband♥

I am really enjoying my temporary work routine, but golly it's teaching me to be organised at home... it's tiring & a little frustrating at times, but that's work... & I'm more confident and capable than I thought I would be, so go me.

Tomorrow I will be working on the Black & White Bag for Let's Exchange... aaahhhhh, virtually a whole (school) day to cut, stitch and tinker.... b-l-i-s-s!

I know all about trying to get those few precious hours/minutes to sew in-between other commitments.
