Some Christmas Stitching

~~~Happy Monday My Friends~~~
Here is a little bit of stitching for the Christmas Season...
I've been spending the last few evenings working on these, taken from Petit Noel, the Rosalie Quinlan book.
This book might be little, but it sure does have some fabulous designs...
I ran myself out of thread last night, so I have to wait until Saturday when a local store will have some for me to collect. Can you believe 4 local stockists, and not one had the colour I need?!
This is the time of year when I start sewing chair bags for a couple of local schools that order them from me, so that they are ready for delivery in January. I spent time yesterday sewing some for an SOS-call I received on Friday, for some to be ready asap. So that is an extra dozen I am almost finished making, & will be a good extra dollop in my sewing fund. Woo Hoo for me!
(I won't bore you with chair bag pics, but they are quite cute!)
Cute stitcheries. Is it 221? Everyone runs out of red at Christmas time.
Hi Anthea,
Isn't that frustrating when you can't get the colour you need if you run out!!! Hope you get your thread soon.
Cheers, Anita.
