Is This The Saddest Needle Book Ever?

Needed a needle book at short notice the other day...
all the lovely ones I already own are in use in various projects...
dashed one together in a jiffy...
perfectly good for the purpose... but really, what a sad sight!

A 5" x 3" piece of leftover backing fabric (for some reason it doesn't fray)
plus a couple of scraps of batting...
The prize for the most uninspired needle book
goes to me!
