Initial Heart Swap... Beautiful Gifts

Yesterday MissPostie was a mixed bag... terrific & terrible...

She delivered to me a parcel of very pretty & practical gifts for the Initial Heart Swap.
Thank You So Much Lynda for stitching me these gorgeous gifts. Do not worry, your mail timing was perfect, & the gifts are being put to immediate & grateful use. You did so well to even think of participating in a swap at a time of such challenge.
Today is actually Lynda's birthday, so why not brighten her day & pop over to wish her well...

The needles will be put to good use... & Lynda you must have read my mind, I do need a threader for smaller needles!!
Beautiful fabrics & very pretty stitching... thanks Lynda x

Valentine's Day is the day that mrHS asked me to marry him, 20 years ago today. I had absolutely no idea at all, golly I was still 20 years old but I knew it was right! He has spoiled me today with a delivery of a dozen roses in a very pretty box... all the florists will need a foot massage tonight, so busy today for them, LOL.

I have not yet heard if my parcel has arrived to my lady, but I'm not worrying just yet, the AusPost tracking is not always perfectly accurate. Surely it should be there in any case?, I did post on the 1st, going from WA to QLD

I hope everyone has a lovely day today x

(the terrible mail was a speeding fine that puts a dent in my Quilt Show fund, ggrrr...)

aaaw - how romantic! Lovely hearts from Lynda - she did a great job. Darn that other mail - but you just have to apportion it over the years since you last got one (if ever??) and its not so bad. Well that is what I do!

Such gorgeous gifts from Lynda. I see she even found some of those old fashioned heart lollies. I looked for some of those yesterday for Nelson. It only took him 3 days in year 7 and he has a girlfriend! Instead of heart lollies (it was going to be too hot for chocolates), I found some heart lolly pops to go with a little teddy for him to give.

Lovely gifts from Lynda. And how lovely being spoilt by Mr HS today. Darn about the terrible mail - but these things happen, usually very unintentionally.
Thanks for letting us know about the birthday too.
