Table Runner Progress & Flower Wednesday

I am very pleased to finally be piecing together all the sweet little 3/4inch hexagons to make my
Tea Party Table Runner, a Hatched & Patched design. I'm being cheeky & including 2 of the flowers for the runner alongside my flower for One Flower Wednesday.
Because of the high temps we've been getting, my troublesome fingers have swelled up a little & are a bit sore, making the stitching a bit slow, so I think evening work on it will be the way to go. Here's my progress so far... I will definitely be a Tortoise on this project, not a Hare!!
I've not joined up with One Flower Wednesday for a while now, so I am looking forward to visiting all the other hexagon flower makers, & seeing their beautiful creations. Thank You Karen for hosting this linky each week.

The postie better get his skates on, I have not heard from my recipient yet about the Initial Heart Swap which I mailed over a week ago... & doofer me, this is the first time I have forgotten to take pics of what I made & sent, so I will be 'stealing' pics from that blog!

~ Have a Wonderful Wednesday~

Well why not share three lol. They all look fantastic and hope those fingers don't slow you down too much and improve quickly. How far away is winter? I'm looking forward to it.

Your hexies are beautiful, and the runner will look so good in Anni's fabrics too. I think we're all done with hot weather, hope it cools down for you soon.

Ooh I love the colours in your hexies. Hopefully the hot weather will start to ease soon for you. It's cooled down a bit here in Brisbane.

Love what I'm seeing with the little hexies! Sewing them all together is much more difficult than making the hexies. You'll get there though.

Very cheeky my dear, but all so beautiful! I understand your troublesome fingers, damp winter weather goes straight to my joints and everything moves at half speed.

What pretty Spring colors your hexies and love your choice for the pavers too. Being a tortoise is perfectly acceptable.... I think you were a Hare with your grandmothers flower garden quilt already finished!
