So Much To Share & Giveaway Winner...

I have some more birthday goodies to share... Simone's Fat Quarter Birthday Club parcel arrived to me this morning... thanks so much Simone!

Here are some gifts I received from my family...
I fell in love with this quilt when I saw it as a work-in-progress over at Susan's blog Thimblestitch - (you can see her recently completed quilt HERE) & now I have my own to make, the kit has everything I will need - I'm excited!
Seems my days of calling myself a non-quilt-maker are over, huh?!

I am also the owner of my own Red Home - the Natalie Bird book that is so popular right now. During the school holidays, mr12 saw me looking at the book online & came to an idea to give it to me for my birthday - so he asked me to order it, then he emailed the seller to ask for it to be addressed to him. I had completely forgotten about all that, so what a lovely surprise I got to open it! My girls spoilt me with some lovely bathroom products that I would never buy for myself.

Kaylee has also sent me a lovely parcel of pretty gifts... many thanks Kaylee, what a sweet surprise!
Kaylee was my very first swap partner/recipient & I am so pleased that we keep in touch.

Thanks everyone for your good wishes, & I am so pleased with the response to my little giveaway... I think I might make it an annual event!
Speaking of my giveaway... drum-roll please... the first name out of my container was...
Illene RetDairyQueen
Please send me your postal address Illene, so I can get the little parcel off to you...
I wish I had something to send to each of you, thanks so much for all your Birthday wishes x

Now to some finishes & work in progress...
My spotty table centre is finished, very simple but looks great on my dining table.
The mug rug is going to a keen gardening friend...
I did single fold bind for the edges, so much less bulk for a small item like this.
That's two more for Sew It's Finished...

The Hatched & Patched Tea Party Table Runner is making slow progress, but is approaching halfway with the construction of the top...

Here's what became of the cute little bunny from a couple of posts back...
Isn't this just the perfect-est fabric for a bag to hold some Easter yummies?!

There is a second of the larger ones, & that's already gone to a new home.

I better Publish this & go hang up the washing...Phew, what a post, are you still conscious?!
Happy Sewing!
