So pleased with my items for '1 Xmas Item A Month'... I would not usually think pink when I am making Christmas things, but I just love these little hanging decorations...
The designs are from 'Enjoy Cross Stitch' 2012
Thanks Narelle for being Elf Coordinator Extraordinaire...

In true Christmas tradition, the Elves visited me yesterday... well, it was Christmas In July Eve... they must have wondered why they were delivering to me in JULY!!
I was in quite the mystery, because I could not work out who my sender was... no name on the postal satchel & no card... anyway Cheryll has helped me out and named my July Christmas Elf as Larissa, whose blog is Crafty God Chick...
Larissa has clearly been having a good nosy around my blog & oh my goodness, really blown me away with her gorgeous gifts. Larissa, thank you many times over, I am speechless (which is rare for me, I can tell you!!)
"M" for mouse, "H" for holly, "S" for star |
"S" for star, "I" for inspirational words |
"H" for holly |
Gail Pan, hexy's, Nancy fabrics, Natalie Bird... some of the crafty things I love the most, & now they have come to me all in one parcel!! Big **wink** to Larissa, especially being that I know she has a lot going on right now...
Here's what I made for O'Faigh...
Inspirational Words... the wall hanging
Angel... the heart shaped ornament
Tree... the Gail Pan table runner (Which almost didn't make it into the parcel, I love it so much!!)
I smiled very widely when I opened Larissa's gifts... she has sent me the very same stitcheries that I used for O'Faigh's gift... amazing!

Gauging by other very happy posts I have had a quick peek at, it's very safe to say that Swap Mama Cheryll has yet again set up a fabulous swap, & everyone who joined in with Christmas In July has enjoyed being part of it.
Gotta do a big blog-reading catch up!

Well done.
Love your christmas item for this month too... very pretty.
BAHAHa!!! I can't believe we actually used the same stitcheries!!! That's hiARious!!! ... Yes, sorry I didn't include a card. I did actually write one, but in the rush to get it all in the mail for you ... it kinda got left on the table **oops!! ... I'll get that one in there the next day I go into town :) ... I'll also admit that the table runner you made was actually one of the originals in my 'maybe' list of items to make, lol! Good thing I went with Gail's holly pattern, eh?!! ... Did you notice I used a bright green lining inside the bag - I read, somewhere along the blog roll, that you love bright linings *giggle*. SO glad you loved them all - I sure enjoyed making them!! In fact, that runner & bag have been moved near to the top of the list of items to make for my glory box!! Hugs xx
