Just a little decoration to add to the box... I used a leftover stitchery from a previous project...
I called him Justin The Snowman... & I made him just-in case I am partnered in a swap with someone who lives where it's cold at Christmas time...
Just-in...yes I know it's a pathetic attempt at humour... (or is it just my sleep problems effecting me?!)
Thanks once again to Elf Mumma Narelle for hosting us with "1 Xmas Item A Month"... My box is getting beautifully full now; I can almost hear carols when I open it!

So pleased that some true winter weather has returned... it's been raining since about 10pm last night, just steady and soaking rain... it's cold & a dreary sight to see out the window... just as I like it at this time of year... & more coming as the week progresses, yay...
I did read online just the other day, that a major contributing factor to our State dams being so dry is that the little rain we have been getting is simply soaking into the ground; it's not been enough to get any run-off into the dams... scary thought. I seem to have a rain obsession at the moment;)
So today is perfect for a day of sewing & blog catch-up...

Gorgeous ornament. He is a very cute snowman. Glad you guys are getting some rain. There are areas here that have been warned to watch for high rivers in October because we have been nice and damp and there will be a lot of run off. I do believe that people who think they know what they are talking about are just covering their backsides lol. Who knows what the weather will do in October but apparently it is meant to be a wet spring.
Sweet ornament. Enjoy your dreary day....so many sunny blue skies over here.
I love Just-in. I love the play on words - we all need a smile from time to time.
