I will do the CTTY winner first... Wow I was surprised to see how many ladies linked up for December, well done on all the lovely creating... And thanks again to everyone who has linked up throughout the year... I hope that you will join me again in 2014 for Christmas Through The Year; spending a little time each month to make a gift & stash it away for Christmas giving.
OK, so back to the winner... *~*DANETTE*~* you are the lucky lady to be receiving a little giftie for your CTTY efforts this month.
Please email me your postal address so I can get a little something in the mail to you!

I've received some very sweet little gifts this Christmas season which I'd like to share with you...
I love them all, & I really appreciate the time & skill gone into making such darling items.
These first few are gifts from our Get Together a couple of weeks ago...
Julia beaded this gorgeous bauble on the left...
and Bev is so clever to have made this little stocking on her machine...

Tracee has stitched this sweet little cottage... And Maria & Sandra put together this little kit with everything to make a quilted fabric bauble. Maria has made some recently & featured them on her blog.
I've also had a couple of really thoughtful items arrive in the mail...
Helen has sent me a pretty Angel, I just love her red wings!
And a card & a dainty decoration from Sisbabe...
how cute is it?!
Methinks that next year I will need to have my own spot somewhere to display my gifts & ornaments from blogging friends!

I have been enjoying to progress my Redwork Noel... a little stitching of an evening is the best tonic after a busy day... (update pic next week)... The Pfaff had better enjoy her holiday from me, as she will be getting a workout after Christmas with the new quilty project!

And so to Christmas... I hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas... full of good company, some great food, perhaps a little tipple... & a lovely pressie or two... AND how about a thought & some compassion for those who will find it difficult, or have suffered a recent loss; a little kindness shown would mean a great deal.
I'm looking forward to MrHS having a few days off work & enjoying some r&r for himself...
