Thank you to all the lovely clever ladies who have joined me since I launched PYT... it's been fun & so inspiring to see so many beautiful projects & ideas... I hope you'll continue to join me next year!
Last week, I took a little break from my cross stitching & basted up a big pile of hexy's... most are for my SuperLongTerm quilt project, but a few of the spots orange/white ones will be made up into a brown-eyed flower for a different quilt. The deep teal of the hexy's to the bottom right doesn't show well in this pic; shame because it really is lovely.
I don't know whether I'm ashamed or not to admit that some of them have been basted while watching the ridiculous American shows 'The Real Housewives Of New Jersey' & 'Celebrity Plastic Surgeons of Beverly Hills'... two episodes of them both has certainly cured me of an interest to watch more, but the DDs enjoyed watching!

This is the final PYT linky for the year... the first linky for 2016 will be on the 12th of January.
The first few dates for 2016 have been posted on the info page HERE

I'm happy to report that the dividing fence has finally gone up... we now have our privacy restored, yay! The slab for the workshop is being poured today & - oh excitement - I can even make out where my room is going to be!
Among all the dust & site works, I love having these gorgeous Frangipani blooming outside my front door... we're the ugliest house in our area right now, all the other homes look neat & most have some Christmas lights too... these flowers & their scent are most welcome... our cars & their trucks are parked all over the place, building materials & big bin, decimated lawn... I do have a giggle about it, it's quite a sight!

Your frangipani is stunning - that colour is my favourite!
