We had a very relaxed Easter Sunday... packed a basket with the Thermos, a dozen hot cross buns & some other goodies... went to 8am Mass... then drove to a gorgeous local lake to take in the stunning silence & ancient attractions...
(THROMBOLITES: formed by a variety of micro-organisms... as these micro-organisms do their photosynthesising, the calcuim-carbonate is drawn from lime-rich water of the lake, to form this rock-like material.) Basically, this lake, Lake Clifton in Western Australia, is one of the few places in the world who have these living-rock features, intact, and in such numbers. Amazing!
The afternoon was a quiet one back at home, with the teenagers variously sleeping, reading or dog-smooching. Yummy burgers for dinner rounded off our day. Oh, & there was a bit of choccy consumption going on too...

On the finishes front, I am really enjoying being part of One Project A Month, & during March I completed 14 projects.
Sew It's Finished is proving to be a fun motivation for me to finish those neglected projects from last year, or (embarrassingly!) even earlier... for March I have totalled 4 finishes for this.
Sadly, I did not progress what I had hoped to last week, too bad, they will have to wait a little longer. However, I have already finished one of the items for the Colour Swap of 4 Items... here's a sneak peek...
If you opted for BLUE, it could be heading your way soon...
