Raindrops of the best kind have arrived at my house!

The theme for this round of the 12" Mini Quilt Swap (organised by guess who?!) is WINTER
& my parcel arrived on Tuesday from lovely Sue, who blogs at Quilted Hugs.
I had quite forgotten that some participants mail their parcels earlier than the required postal date, so it was such a lovely surprise!
Don't you just love the spotty umbrella?! And I really love Sue's use of the Michelle Ridgway stitchery.
Also in my package... a beautiful scarf of colours I adore (made with a yarn that my needles would run away from!), and a great piece of wintery fabric...
Thanks again Sue, it's wonderful to have some gorgeous wintery things at home, especially being that we are having a patch of true winter weather right now.
My 12" Mini ( & perhaps some other little goodies!) will be mailed on Friday, so if you are waiting on a little Winter at your place, this might just be coming to you!

Thank You to the ladies who linked up for Christmas Through The Year last week... it's great to see some wonderful items being made!
*~* HELEN *~*
you are the winner of the fabric & pattern prize!
Please email me your postal address so I can send this to you.
(I only wish I had a little something to send the other ladies too...!)
It feels like I've been doing a fair bit of Christmas sewing & stitching lately, so now I think it's time for a break from all that & a focus on something else...
*~* Happy Sewing *~*
