Ruth's Quilt top is Finished, Yay!

So pleased to be sharing this with you.
My "Ruth's Quilt" quilt top is finished & I'm very happy with it.
I decided to add a little to the width & length of it, mainly because I still had fabrics to use.
Backing fabric has been purchased, but I'm at a mental block with how I want the quilting.
After all the hours put into stitching the designs, it's not something I want to rush into... neither do I want it languishing unfinished too long either... decisions, decisions!

Thank you to Helen and all the ladies over at the No-Fuss SAL blog who have supported me, complimented me & encouraged me along the way.
Helen you can update me in the sidebar now, LOL!

That looks so very good. The fabrics compliment the thread so well. Good luck on deciding on a quilting design. I wonder what the other girls have used? I'm looking forward to seeing it all finished.

So pretty. I also think that deciding on how to quilt can be difficult at times.

Anthea, it's gorgeous! At first I didn't even notice the stitcheries but I think that makes it all the more special. Hidden little secrets scattered here and there. As for the quilting, I would say nothing too elaborate. The colors are so beautiful and you don't want to miss the embroideries. Just my thought.

It's just gorgeous... love it.... I always find the quilting decision quite a hard one.... as you say when you have done all that work you don't want it spoilt. I went very simple with mine...
